• As Package Book, There Will Be No Room To Change Itinerary.
• The Number Of Tour Participants Could Not Be Change After Confirmation.
• The Booking Amount Must Be100% Paid Before Commencements Of The Tour.
• For the Purpose Of Package Tour, Individual Above 3 Year & Below 09 Years, Will Be Treated As Child.
• Individuals Above 10 Years Will Be Treated As Adult.
• Meals Will Be Vegetarian At All Locations.
• Vehicle A/C Will Not Operate In Hilly Area.
• In Hills, Travel In Night Time Is Not Allowed; Kindly Do Not Force The Driver To Travel In Dark.
• Perfect Tour Has Right To Stop The Tour Due To Worst Whether Condition, Public Unrest, Natural Calamity Or Any Other Reason.
• For Triple Sharing Room, Hotel Will Provide Extra Bed Or Extra Mattress As Per Location And Availability.
• Perfect Tour Would Not Accountable For Any Natural Calamity Such As Cloud Burst, Avalanche, Land Slide, Traffic Jam & Telecom Network Issues.
• If Any Tour Participants Act Any Unlawful Activity Perfect Tour Would Not Be Accountable For The Same
• Perfect Tour Would Not Accountable For Any Flight Cancelation , Health Issue Or Any Unforeseen Circumstance
• If Any Dispute ,Would Be Settle Under Haridwar Jurisdiction

Cancellation Policies:

• If Cancellation Made 20-Days Before The Scheduled Departure Of The Tour- 25% Cancellation Charge.
• If Cancellation Made Between 10 And 15 Days Before The Scheduled Departure Of The Tour- 50% Cancellation Charge.
• If Cancellation Made Between 5 And 10 Days Before The Scheduled Departure Of The Tour- 75% Cancellation Charge.
• No Refund Will Be Given To Cancellation Within 5 Days Of Departure.
• Refund Will Be Given After Due Verification of Cancellations.
